    The HDCR-12/630HGW10-12/630 outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is designed specifically for 12kV transmission and distribution systems, with a rated current of 630A, providing safe and reliable circuit segmentation and isolation protection. Fully sealed stainless steel shell, resistant to extreme environments (-40 ℃ to+85 ℃), resistant to salt spray, sand and dust, and UV aging, suitable for substations, industrial and mining power grids, photovoltaic/wind power new energy stations. Installation method

HDCR isolation switches have single column and double column installation methods. The installation form can be divided into suspended installation or vertical installation. It can be installed using a single cross arm clamp or a double cross arm (see product sample for specific installation diagram).

The M12 bolt on the Terminal block needs to be tightened with a torque of about 80N. m by the installation personnel.

The installation method of the tool is shown in Figure (3) and Figure (4), pay attention to the direction of the bolts.
