ZW32-12G primary and secondary integrated standardized pole-mounted circuit breaker is a cutting-edge pole-mounted circuit breaker equipment .It incorporates the industry's electronic voltage sensor, current sensor, electric energy metering module, high-speed fault transient recording , in compliance with the National Grid Standard "Typical Design of Primary and Secondary Equipment for Distribution". This equipment achieves the "adaptive comprehensive local automation" function without relying on the distribution automation master station or communication. Utilizing short-circuit/grounding fault detection technology, no-voltage disconnection, fault path adaptive delay power closing and other control logic, adaptive multi-branch multi-contact distribution network structure, it can achieve local line selection, regional positioning and isolation of single-phase grounding faults, and achieving fault area isolation and non-fault area power supply restoration through two reclosings. It is a distribution automation product!
The integrated primary and secondary circuit breaker equipment is designed for the segmentation and communication functions of the 10kV distribution network trunk line; it adopts a fully sealed and fully insulated design, and the circuit breaker body and the three-remote feeder Terminal are sprayed with plastic to meet the anti-condensation requirements; all aviation Connectors are military-grade accessories, and the cables and aviation plugs are fully sealed and with have protection levels; it includes functions of calculating active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency and electric energy; it has an adaptive comprehensive local feeder automation function. The new integrated primary and secondary circuit breaker equipment is equipped with high-precision, wide-range voltage sensors built in to collect three-phase voltage and zero-sequence voltage to meet the measurement and metering functions of the feeder terminal (FTU). Additionally, the pole-mounted circuit breaker has a set of high-precision current sensors built in to collect three-phase current and zero-sequence current to provide current signals for measurement, protection and metering functions.
ZW32-12G integrated primary and secondary standardized pole-mounted circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is an outdoor high-voltage distribution switchgear with a rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC 50Hz. Circuit breakers are mainly used to open and close load current, overload current and short-circuit current in power systems. They are suitable for protection and control in substations and power distribution systems of industrial and mining enterprises, as well as places where rural power grids need to be frequently operated.
Circuit breakers complies with technical standards such as GB/T 1984-2014 'High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers', DL/T 402-2007 'Technical Conditions for Ordering High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers' and DL/T 403-2000 'Technical Conditions for Ordering 12kV~40.5kV High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers'.
