Overview

LW36-126 outdoor high-voltage sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is a three-phase AC 50HZ outdoor High-voltage Switchgear, suitable for control and protection of 126KV power transmission and transformation system; it can also be used in the occasions of contact breaking and groups of opening and closing.

LW36-126 type circuit breaker adopts the principle of "thermal expansion + blowing aid" which can only extinguish the arc, and it is equipped with a CTB-1 spring-operated mechanism.

The circuit breaker conforms to GB1984-2003 "AC High Voltage Circuit breakers" and meets the requirements of IEC62271-100:2001 "High voltage switchgear and controlgear - Part 100: High voltage AC Circuit Breakers" of the International Electrotechnical Commission.

  • Main features of circuit breakers:

The circuit breaker adopts the principle of self-energy arc extinguishing, with excellent breaking performance, short arc-burning time, long electrical life and low operating noise. SF6 gas with excellent insulation and arc extinguishing performance is used as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium, with no danger of combustion and explosion, and can be used in densely populated areas. The circuit breaker is equipped with spring actuating mechanism, simple and compact structure, safe and reliable.

Product structure and principle

2.1 General structure and principle

The overall structure of this product adopts self-energizing arc extinguishing chamber, each pole is a single column with a single interrupter, referred to as pole. Each circuit breaker consists of three poles, and three poles are installed on the same frame, operated by a spring mechanism, mechanical linkage between the three poles. The upper part of the product is the arc extinguishing chamber ceramic sleeve, the middle part is the pillar ceramic sleeve and frame, the mechanism box is centered and suspended in the lower part of the frame, the mechanism box is equipped with a spring-operated mechanism, the electrical control part, the mechanism's output tie rod is connected with the actuating arm of B. The SF6 gas density controller is installed in the front side of the frame, and both ends of the frame are supported by the pillars.

The control principle is categorized into two schemes: single-split circuit and double-split circuit. Annex III: Electrical Control Schematic and Annex IV: Secondary Wiring Diagrams are for reference and are based on the double-split circuit. The engineering agreement shall prevail, and the corresponding electrical control schematic and secondary wiring diagrams will be supplied randomly.
