Solid insulation system

The current carrying conductors such as vacuum interrupter and upper and lower outlet bases are packaged into a whole by APG process. The isolating switch is installed in the cavity of the fixed pole, so that the phase to phase insulation is mainly solid insulation. The design of single phase insulated bus can avoid serious faults such as phase to phase and ground. The bus can be expanded to achieve unlimited expansion of functional units.

Three position switch

The switch cabinet is equipped with three position knife. The three position switch and the main switch are built in the fixed pole together. Three phase linkage, which can be operated to achieve three positions of work / isolation / grounding. The mechanical interlock is adopted with the main switch. Only when the main switch is in the smell position, the three position knife switch can act. In addition, the working and grounding positions of the three position mechanism can be interlocked. When the knife switch is in the working position, the grounding side hole is locked; when the knife switch is in the grounding position, the working side hole is locked.

Operating mechanism

The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is a spring operating mechanism, which has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable action, small size, maintenance free, etc. the closing power can be adjusted up and down according to the user's requirements. The mechanism can be operated by manual energy storage, manual closing, manual separation, or electric energy storage, electric opening and closing, which is convenient for the user. The operating mechanism of the station knife switch adopts the spring design, which can quickly open and close, and has the function of breaking and closing a certain load current. In addition to manual operation, the three station mechanism can also carry out electric operation, which can realize intelligent remote control isolation and grounding, greatly facilitating the use of users.


Structural characteristics of solid insulated ring main unit

Solid insulated ring main unit is a kind of small GIS switch cabinet. Its structure is as follows

a. The High-voltage load switch and high-voltage live parts are sealed in an epoxy resin insulating sleeve shell without any gas. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is small in volume and reliable in arc extinguishing. The load switch is equipped with grounding switch, which has three working positions of closing, opening and grounding. The grounding knife has the function of isolating knife.

b. It can accommodate 1-5 load switch units or 1-5 circuit breaker units. Each unit is led out through three high-voltage bushing, so the cable connection is convenient.

Transportation and storage

The packaged ring network unit can be transported by electric forklift or crane, and the ring network unit is equipped with lifting rings for hoisting. The hoisting rope shall not be shorter than 2m.

The ring network unit should be placed in a dry, ventilated and dust-free place before installation. If covered with plastic bags, the bottom should be open for ventilation.

c. The sealing box made of import is adopted, and strict sealing measures are taken at the joint of operating mechanism and high-voltage bushing, with good performance.

d. The high-voltage bushing and high-voltage insulating cylinder are made of imported epoxy resin by APG process. The insulating cylinder and high-voltage bushing are assembled by the tight fit of silicone rubber sleeve, which has a good sealing effect.

e. Each circuit is equipped with independent operating mechanism, which is installed on the front of the cabinet and has a variety of mechanical interlocking functions

f. The load switch and grounding switch are equipped with spring operating mechanism. The load switch can be operated manually or electrically. The grounding switch not only plays the role of grounding, but also plays the role of isolation. It can only be operated manually.

g. The circuit breaker is equipped with a permanent magnetic operating mechanism, which can be electrically closed and opened, and can be manually opened and closed, but cannot be manually closed and opened. The circuit breaker can also be equipped with spring mechanism, which can be manual or electric, and the power distribution automation interface is reserved

h. There is a visual window on the panel of the ring main unit, which can directly observe the opening and closing state of the disconnector fracture. Each ring main unit is composed of three separate insulating cylinders in parallel, which is easy to install and replace. The biggest advantage is to avoid phase to phase discharge
