Inspection requirements for high-voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers upon arrival at the site

1. The components and spare parts of ZW32-12 high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker should be complete and free from rust and mechanical damage.

2. The arc-extinguishing chamber, porcelain bushing, and iron parts should be firmly bonded, with no cracks or damage.

3. The packaging should be intact before opening the box.

4. Insulated components should not deform or become damp.

5. The bracket of the circuit breaker should be well-welded and the external paint should be intact.

Storage requirements for high-voltage vacuum Circuit breakers

1. If ZW32 high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is stored for a long time, it should be inspected every 6 months. A layer of rust proof grease should be applied to the surface of metal parts and conductive contact surfaces, and the insulation parts should be wrapped with oil-proof paper.

2. After opening the box, the vacuum degree of the arc extinguishing chamber should be tested.

3. Circuit breakers should not be stored upside down, and should not be placed in an overlapping manner during  unpacking and storage.

4. Circuit breakers should be stored indoors in a well ventilated, dry, and non corrosive environment.

Installation and adjustment requirements for high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers

1. After installation, manual slow opening and closing operations should be performed, and electric opening and closing operations can only be carried out when there are no adverse phenomena.

2. The connecting arms of the three-phase linkage should be on the same horizontal plane and have the same angle.

3. The stroke, compression stroke, and three-phase synchronization of high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers should comply with the technical specifications of the product.

4. The installation should be vertical, the fixation should be secure, and the ceramic parts should be supported on the same horizontal plane between phases.
